1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Signl ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Signl is a stock market signal analysis platform that uses artificial intelligence to analyze charts, options flow data, and market catalysts. The Service generates trade signal ideas with confidence scores, entry points, stop losses, and profit targets.

3. Account Registration

To access the Service, you must create an account through our authentication provider (Clerk). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Subscription Plans

Scout (Free): Limited access to daily signals, market regime data, and email digests.
Pro ($29/month): Full access to all signals, trade plans, 7-day history, midday alerts, and institutional flow data.

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. No Financial Advice

The signals, analysis, and information provided by Signl are generated by AI algorithms and should not be interpreted as personalized financial advice. Signl and its operators are not registered investment advisors, broker-dealers, or financial planners. You acknowledge that:

All trading involves substantial risk of loss
AI-generated signals may be incorrect or misleading
Past signal performance is not indicative of future results
You are solely responsible for your trading decisions

6. Limitation of Liability

Signl, its operators, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to trading losses, missed opportunities, or reliance on AI-generated signals.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, analysis, algorithms, and design elements of Signl are the property of Signl and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Redistribute or resell signal data to third parties
Scrape, automate, or reverse-engineer the Service
Use the Service for market manipulation or illegal activities
Share your account credentials or allow unauthorized access

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
